John has spent the last 40 years throughout the Province of BC in the Road Construction and Maintenance industry, mainly in a supervisory role as well as being a Safety, Traffic Control Manager and Instructor for the Transportation Ministry, and Private Construction industry. He has also been a TCP instructor at Malaspina and Camosun colleges since 1985. John was a Provincial Traffic Control Standard Committee Member and currently a Traffic Control Management Consultant. He has been working with the BC Construction and Maintenance Safety Network for the past five years in the development of the TCP/TCPI program.
